TUSTIN, CA - If you want the easiest job in Orange County, apply for the dishwasher position at The Crab Cooker. Everything, and I do mean everything, is served on paper plates with plastic utensils. It's like an indoor picnic, except they don't do potato sack races or a water balloon toss between courses. But what you will find is fish so fresh you may have to slap it. They can prepare it for you there or you can take it home and prepare it yourself. If you choose the latter, feel free to put it on a real plate. Just remember you'll need to wash it afterwards.
